Currently he is an Associate Professor of Economics at Creighton University and a Scholar at Creighton’s Institute for Economic Inquiry. Colin’s research is focused on the institutions that promote economic development, in particular institutions that facilitate post-conflict recovery. He has studied firm investment decisions in Eastern Europe and the post-genocide legal system in Rwanda.
